It’s not much to look at, but if you close your eyes it feels like a premium feder, balanced to be swift and nimble this is a great first feder to start your longsword journey. This is a great starting feder that will allow you to build skill without the bad habits or breaking the bank.

Budget grade - these weapons are perfectly safe for sparring and have the same blade as the premium grade weapons but with none of the expensive touches. They are mill finished and then buffed to take off the sharp edges and have a wooden handle wrapped in electric tape to keep the cost down. If you want to make these swords nice for very little money, a little wet sanding, cord wrap and elbow grease will do the trick and save you hundreds of dollars.

Premium grade - these weapons are at the grade you would expect from other sparring weapon manufacturers like SIGI, Regenyei or Kvetun. They come with a polished blade and cord wrapped hilt.

Please note: all sparring swords are consumable items and will eventually break. Both the budget and premium grade should withstand just as much of a beating as any other brand’s swords, but no sparring sword will last forever. These are only intended to be used for historic fencing with appropriate safety equipment.
