Please check our term dates to ensure we are training that week. The best time to join us is in the first 4 weeks of term as the techniques start from the basics, but you are welcome to join anytime.
Term Dates and Fees
2024 Term Dates below:
Term 1 3/2/24 to 13/4/24 (11 weeks)
Term 2 27/4/24 to 6/7/24 (11 weeks)
Term 3 20/7/24 to 28/9/24 (11 weeks)
Term 4 12/10/24 to 21/12/24 (11 weeks)
Fees:
$150 per term
$20 membership to cover insurance, to be paid yearly
If you are using loaner gear there is an additional $25 per term, but this is waived for the first term you are with us.
If you have monetary troubles or will be present for less than half the term please let us know and we can arrange alternative payment arrangements. Training fees are currrently set to cover the cost of hall hire and club gear and may change in the future.
Class Structure
10 mins - Warm-up
45 mins - Drills
95 mins - Sparring
Occasionally we do differ from the above where we practise Korean horsebow archery or do test cutting with sharp swords. However, these weeks will be announced to club members in advance and are not the norm. As a blanket rule new members will be welcome to watch, however, participation in these activities will be on a conditional basis as deemed appropriate due to safety concerns.
